Conventional Sales Manager

The Conventional Sales Manager is responsible for developing the sales channel for conventional construction within BlueScope Buildings North America (BBNA) brands and acting as the conduit for conventional opportunities within the BBNA brands. The Conventional Sales Manager will implement strategies to achieve targeted revenue results, grow customer accounts and strengthen the overall position of BlueScope within the builder community. In cooperation with Area/District Manager communicate the BlueScope Conventional Steel Services value proposition to brand builders to ensure builders awareness and revenue in conventional sales meets target through targeted individual meetings with builder sand presentations at brand sales quarterly and annual builder sales meetings.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or other related field

Work Experience:

5 years field sales experience. Sales experience in the building and/or construction industry is preferred

Skills Required:

Thorough understanding of the conventional building products and services. Basic understanding of construction industry
