Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building sales pipeline with new and existing customers, introducing and educating them on our client’s products and solutions. The Inside Sales Representative will work with a very tight-knit team that works hard and plays hard.  In addition to having the right skills and personality, culture fit will play a very important role in the hiring process.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Majority of “calls” will be handled via email, with between 50-100 emails/day with an additional 5-10 calls/day. This includes the preparation of quotes and proposals and working through their equipment configuration program and Oracle CRM
  • Client/customer priority is #1 KPI. All calls/emails must be addressed/handled within 4 hours of receiving the inquiry
  • Will be responsible for achieving sales targets on manufactured products, parts and accessories. 
  • Will identify aftermarket sales opportunities with both new and existing clients.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in customer service or sales. 
  • Must possesses the personality of a consultative sales person while also having a strong technical aptitude.
