We are looking for an HR Administrator. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties include calculation and processing of payrolls, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has in-depth experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Compensation will ultimately depend on experience.

Responsibilities of the Human Resource Administrator

Management of new employees in process and through onboarding

Maintain accurate records in multiple systems

Maintain up to date employee files

Process weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for all employees

Posting of accounting

Oversees and also participates in compilation and preparation of other payroll data such as retirement, insurance and garnishments

Review and process payroll deductions

Responsible for accurate retirement, insurance, union dues and garnishment deductions

Responsible for reconciliation and payments for retirement, insurance, union dues and garnishments

Knowledge of and adherence to all state, local and federal wage and & hour laws, regulations and/or guidelines.

Must be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
