Job Description

We are a national sales organization seeking a qualified Sales Manager to manage an office of professional outside Account Executives, Assistant Manager and a staff of telemarketers.  Must have a proven track record of success managing an out-side, Business to Business, sales team. 

The following is expected;

  • A sense of urgency in their management style
  • Surpassing sales quota’s
  • Motivate, inspire, coach and train your Account Reps to success
  • Ability to recruit and hire talented Account Repss
  • Hold your Account Reps accountable for their sales quota’s, activity and continued training
  • Develop a winning culture for your office
  • Manage the details which include, reporting, forecasting, sales process, activity, training, coaching and closing
  • Experience in a cold call environment a must

Job Requirements

We need a Sales Manager who is looking for a great opportunity to lead a team of 8-10 B2B sales professionals with 2-4 years of sales management experiences.  The ideal candidate will process the above qualifications, plus have the proven experience in a short selling cycle with a consultative selling approach.  These skills are required for an individual to be considered. If you are a sales leader with a "can do & must achieve" attitude and have the ability to lead a result driven sales environment, please respond in confidence to schedule an interview.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-4 years of inside / outside sales management experience, excellent communication & sales presentation skills are required.
