Our dealership is hiring a Service BDC Director.  This position is responsible for directing multiple stores in our automotive group, managing a team at each location.  This is an outstanding opportunity to continue a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Directing all aspects of the BDC effort including inbound and outbound calls; customer satisfaction index (CSI) surveys; and customer retention
• Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering service questions received via phone and/or internet
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
• Utilize phone skills to follow up with customers about their experience, resolve any issues or concerns that they may have encountered.
