Position Summary:

This is a Sales Development Representative position that allows you to respond to warm leads to individuals who express an interest in the commercial cleaning franchise opportunity. Many currently have small cleaning companies and are looking to grow, others have dreamt for as long as they can remember about entrepreneurship and building their company and legacy. You are the first point of contact and brand ambassador to their opportunity to make that happen.


Responsibilities:

  • Be an ambassador to the Commercial Cleaning Franchise Opportunity.
  • Position will respond to incoming leads, qualifying them based on our ideal partner profile standards.
  • High call volume appointment setter
  • Respond & qualify leads within 24 hours to establishing virtual sales signings for assigned territory managers.
  • Send all email and calendar confirmations to prospective franchisees for first and second meetings from the first meetings you personally book, creating a warm introduction to the territory manager.
  • Keep accurate record of all activity in CRM
  • Own calendar accuracy and schedule appointments for territory managers based on availability.
  • Adherence to all franchise sales SOPs, including accurate information in regard to our FDD to prospects
  • Drive to improve- think creatively about how we can continue to streamline and build excellence around our virtual franchise sales process, providing best in class experience for our prospective partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales development or selling via high volume sales center required
  • Experience within commercial cleaning or service-based industry preferred
  • Preference with work from home experience with proven track record and references to speak to your ability to self-govern
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of forming strong partnerships and relationships in an emotional sales environment
  • Strong relationship building skills, excellent communication and Spanish is major plus
  • Self starter and metrically driven
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and timeliness
  • Tech savvy- ability to navigate CRM, Outlook, Virtual meetings, Adobe click to sign , LinkedIn and other tech platforms is a must
  • Genuine desire to help people start or grow their own business
  • Out of the box thinker- continuously look for ways in which we can streamline and improve our Franchise Experience and Journey.
