We have an excellent Receptionist opportunity with a growing, well-established company in Los Angeles looking for someone to be the face and voice of their company.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and can interact with clients and coworkers in a friendly and engaging way.

  • Welcoming visitors
  • Answering inquiries
  • Answering multiple phones lines
  • Directing calls to the appropriate associate
  • Light clerical duties such as sending and receiving faxes, filing, emailing and other related duties
  • MS-Office Skills

Requirements Include:

  • At least one year of office experience
  • Professional appearance and friendly disposition
  • Well-spoken and excellent communication skills
  • MS-Office Skills
  • Bilingual is a plus
