Sales & Customer Service - Entry Level - Paid Training Provided


OneUp Business Concepts is a fast-growing, innovative, and team-oriented marketing firm based in St. Louis, MO. We represent and promote industry-leading clients within the telecommunications and entertainment companies. Our goal is to not only increase sales and customer satisfaction, but to expand our organization into brand new markets within the year. Due to our projected growth, we're looking for hard-working and energetic representatives to join our growing team!

As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will receive 100% paid training throughout all aspects of our business including sales, client relations, marketing, recruiting, and business management. At OneUp, we prefer to promote our leadership team from within in order to provide advancement opportunities to high-performing and hard-working employees.

Job Responsibilities:
-Representing clients & providing quality customer service
-Sales & new customer acquisitions
-In-store promotions & sales presentations (we work on a retail campaign - NO door to door involved!)
-Customer account management & customer retention
-Staying up to date with industry product knowledge
-Attending daily team meetings
-Taking on additional leadership responsibilities as given

Job Requirements:

This position will begin as entry level - no exceptions! We're looking for someone who will learn & apply our direct marketing strategies, increase sales, and train into leadership/management roles within our organization. Qualities we're looking for include a strong work ethic, a trainable mentality, and motivation to succeed!

-6 months experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality related role is preferred
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - friendly/outgoing personality
-Willingness to uphold company standards and work hard with integrity
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
-Willingness to go above and beyond for the customer and the client
-Natural leadership qualities or leadership experience is a plus
