Office Assistant

  • Assist in planning business meetings and events both on and off-site coordinating details, such as conference
  • rooms, video or conference calls, ordering and setting up meals, audio visual and meeting supplies, cleaning up
  • before and after, etc.
  • Provide administrative assistance to support site initiative, policies, presentations and projects to meet
  • deadlines.
  • Proactively maintain reports, correspondence, databases/spreadsheets, tracking, graphs, tools.
  • Assist with time, expenses, per diems, invoices and expense reports in a timely manner and in accordance with
  • company policy.
  • Manage emails and calendars and reach out to manager for appropriate action when conflicts occur.
  •  Assist with travel arrangements.
  • Conduct internet/intranet research to assist in finding solutions to issues.
  • Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems.
  • Partner with other assistants as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Multi-task and accomplish numerous project to meet critical deadlines in a fast paced with environment.
  •  Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Motivated, adaptable, positive, resilient, team player, patient, and open innovation.
  • Strong organizations skills with proven attention to detail, editing and proof reading.
  • Discretion professionalism when given to access confidential and/or private information.
  • Display curiosity and interest in understanding our business.

Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Minimum of 1 year experience required.

Demonstrate advanced proficiency in current Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, and

Outlook) with the capability to master company specifics software and databases.
