We are currently seeking to fill a part-time
positions for Experienced Telemarketer/Call Center individuals to join our
rapidly growing company at our showroom in Clinton Township.
Set Sales Leads – Working from a contact
list, this position will require the phone marketer to make scripted calls to
set complimentary appointments with home owners who are interested in our
products and services.
Center / Home Show Duties:
Obtains clients information by answering
telephone calls, interviewing clients, verifying information. Determine
eligibility by comparing client information to requirements and policies by
entering client information. Informs clients by explaining procedures,
answering questions, and providing information.
Confirm address and other important details on the initial call when
setting the appointment. Attend home
shows only when booked on weekends – will be required to travel to and from
is a PT position with 25 hours per week.
Hourly pay is $12.00 per hour.
Prior customer service, call center, and home show events are required
Must be customer service focused and service oriented
Good understanding of CRM is a plus
Part time weekdays and weekend availability
Excellent phone etiquette
Persistent personality with a helpful attitude
Excellent communication skills supported by strong interpersonal skills
Must be computer proficient in Microsoft applications i.e. Outlook, Word & Excel
Present a professional image in personal appearance and dress
Be able to drive to scheduled home shows
