Job Description

Looking for Sales Manager to join Exit Real Estate Group, a Real Estate Brokerage in Inglewood, CA.  Company just moved into the area and looking to grow.  We are part of an International growing franchise.  Need manager to help with expansion and recruiting.  Will pay base against draw.  Profit sharing or partnership possible if right fit.  Must be creative, motivational, hard-working, good with people and have strong leadership skills.

Manager should know how the Loan Business works as well.  Must have real estate license.  NMLS number would be helpful.  Make sure to become familiar with the Exit Franchise system.

Job Requirements

Responsible for motivating and advising their representatives to improve their performance, as well as hiring and training new sales representatives. Achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.  Scheduling office meetings.
