Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor for a Contract opportunity with a financial services client.
Responsibilities:
- Support functions for mortgage loan applications in process.
- Determine if increase in fees is justified based on TRID guidelines; involve research; either by reading through comments in system and navigating through multiple screens to reaching out to the processor, closer or loan officer.
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented
- Organization and analytical skills
- Experience in real estate documents
- Ability to read and interpret title reports
- Basic computer knowledge.
