Opportunity: The Mom Project is helping to source candidates for the above client who is looking for a Part-Time Client Service Specialist
Commitment Level:  20 hours per week, 90% remote 



Join a fast-growing Financial Services firm that was recently awarded as a "Best Place to Work as a Part-Time Client Service Specialist. Hours for this role are 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. You will initially be in the office for training then transition to mostly remote. Compensation is $21/hr.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing client phone calls
- Respond to email and voicemail inquiries from clients
- Understand and be able to articulate the account opening, distributions, and investment process to clients
- Assist clients in ensuring that all required forms are fully completed
- Handle troubleshooting inquiries in regard to Web and Online issues
- Meet and assist onsite clients
- Provides educated answers with regard to Qualified Plans, IRA’s, and IRS Codes.
- Maintain a professional approach to client service, consistent with organization's protocol and service levels


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Communications, or a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a client service environment and/or in a high call volume environment within the financial services industry
- Energetic, client service focused individual who is accountable and reliable
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to apply relationship building skills to internal and external clients
- Strong computer aptitude; proficient in Microsoft suite of products
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Ability to maintain the highest quality of service and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Possess a positive attitude and be able to perform well in a collaborative team environment


PREFERRED SKILLS:


- Working knowledge of Salesforce/Service Cloud
- Working knowledge of trust accounting systems
- QRP/IRA/IRS rules and regulations knowledge and experience
