Job Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you will make a genuine impact on new customers and clients. You will be the first impression of the company while on the phone or at the office. 

Your specific duties as a Administrative Assistant will include: 

  • Answer phones
  • Keep office areas orderly
  • Help to schedule meetings 
  • Filing
  • Data entry
  • Other general clerical duties as needed

Administrative Assistant


Specific qualifications for the Assistant role include:

  • 1-2 years of clerical experience
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Business professional attitude
  • Data entry skills
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with G-Suite, and Microsoft Office Systems
  • This is a Part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week
