Job Requirements

Required:

*2-4 years’ experience bonding complex microwave/RF assemblies

*Experience with manual and automated boding machines (K&S, MEI, Westbond and Hybond, as well as Palomar 2460/8000 ball bonders, and H&K wedge bonders)

*Familiar with substrate attach (duroid/ceramic), MMICs, soldering skills and die attach

*Familiar with lamination presses, bladder bag ovens and sheet epoxies and adhesives

*Familiar with MIL-STD-883

*High School or Trade School Diploma

Shift:  4th shift;  3x12 work week; hours 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Our client is seeking a Microwave (MW) Bonder to fabricate and/or modify complex microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies.  

Required:
