Job Description

A non-profit firm in the Rosemont area seeks a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. The Customer Service Specialist will interact with customers and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with excellent problem solving skills and is eager to join an exciting team! The salary range for this role is $20-21/hr once hired.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Specialist:

·        Interact with customers through any and all communication avenues including email, phones, fax and mail correspondence and always in a timely manner.

·        Review and manage company reports and records for any unprofessional behavior and follow up with appropriate response procedures in coordination with the Sr. Research Associate

·        Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in relevant logs and databases

·        Act as back up receptionist and perform front desk duties

·        Performing any ad hoc projects as requested.

Job Requirements

Requirements for Customer Service Specialist:

·        Bachelor’s degree preferred

·        1 to 3 years of customer service experience

·        Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·        Professional and detail oriented

·        Strong desire to deliver excellent customer service

·        Looking for a strong communicator who can problem solve and think critically in a fast paced environment while also collaborating on a team.

·        Must be able to work with discretion
