ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is looking to add an Accounting Clerk. With a large and growing accounting and finance team, there is significant opportunity for advancement and prosperity within the department. They are looking for a driven individual that will complement their company’s continuous growth and someone who is able to hit the ground running.
ACCOUNTING CLERK RESPONSIBILITIES
The Accounting Clerk will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
Verify and post details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
Reconciles bank statements.
Handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff.
ACCOUNTING CLERK REQUIREMENTS
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting
Keen eye and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills (MS, Excel, & Outlook)
