Eagle Aviation is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator who excels at multitasking. The Accounting Coordinator will act as point of contact between the different parts of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and external parties, such as vendors and customers both external and internal. They may handle bookkeeping, assist in preparing financial reports, journal entries, taxes, and audits, and resolving discrepancies. You should be analytical, collaborative, and trustworthy.
This position will require general knowledge of accounting to include A/P, A/R and G/L. Microsoft Excel experience and accounting software knowledge is required.
This position will work closely with the Accounting Manager to assist with the daily operation of Accounting. You will be cross-trained in the processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as assist in Month End closings, preparing financial reports, and audits. Inventory experience preferred.
Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old, meet the above listed requirements and have a valid driver’s license. Pre-employment drug screening, Fingerprinting and TSA verification/approval is required.
