Job Description

Aspire Beyond Marketing Solutions Inc, is expanding and now holding interviews for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to assist our retail team starting this Spring.

Aspire Beyond has a unique vision for reaching consumers, allowing clients to maximize each and every store visit. Customized programs help to educate and inform consumers so they can make the best choices based on their budget and needs.

This is an entry-level position, so no previous experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a solid understanding of clients' services and products, staying up to date on sale changes
  • Assist with account upgrades as well as new account acquisitions
  • Interact with a diverse customer base inside a retail setting
  • Stay current on changing promotions and product launches
  • Offer product recommendations based on each customer's preferences and budget
  • Stay informed regarding current tech trends, particularly cell phones and small electronics
  • Provide excellent customer service 
  • Must be comfortable navigating basic computer systems & applications
  • Complete ongoing paid training

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ Year of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail or Sales preferred
  • Leadership experience a plus! 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of integrity and sense of professionalism
  • Work well within a team
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
