Entry Level Sales Representative (AT&T) 

 

Superior is searching for an exceptional candidate to compliment our growing sales team. 

 

Superior Business Solutions is an approved AT&T vendor. On any given day, you will own the communication surrounding the customer interaction and experience, provide stellar customer service, close sales accounts, and leave a lasting impression to build a strong pipeline of retained customers on behalf of AT&T.

 

Requirements: 

  • 1 to 3 years of working experience preferred - not required 
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Memorable communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Proficient computer, phone, and people skills

 

In addition, you'll need to be able to:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high energy sales environment
  • Generate sales professionally and ethically
  • Hit goals and deadlines
  • Talk to lots of people throughout the day
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Work a full time schedule

Day to Day Responsibilities Include (not limited to):

  • Absorb and retain Product Knowledge
  • Introducing products and services to customers
  • Customer Retention and Follow Up
  • Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Engaging in office based training meetings (leadership, training, business development etc. )
  • Representing our clients with professionalism, integrity and positive energy
  • Make a positive contribution to our vibrant team and company culture
