Superior Business Solutions is an approved AT&T vendor. On any given day, you will own the communication surrounding the customer interaction and experience, provide stellar customer service, close sales accounts, and leave a lasting impression to build a strong pipeline of retained customers on behalf of AT&T.
1 to 3 years of working experience preferred - not required

Day to Day Responsibilities Include (not limited to):
Absorb and retain Product Knowledge
Introducing products and services to customers
Customer Retention and Follow Up
Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
Engaging in office based training meetings (leadership, training, business development etc. )
Representing our clients with professionalism, integrity and positive energy
Make a positive contribution to our vibrant team and company culture
