Over the years Ventrella Marketing has grown from a single office to a nation-wide operation. Over the years our sales and marketing team has exceeded market standards while growing our client base! We're excited to fill an opening in our St Louis office. We're looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Representative to help grow some great projects with our firm.

Ventrella Marketing specializes in direct sales and promotions at events, movie premiers, trade-shows, and with retail partners. Our sales team consists of highly motivated, service-minded, and leadership-oriented professionals. By finding and developing long-term, loyal customers, our people build fantastic lifestyles to support their personal and professional goals.

Primary job responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of interactive sales presentations on renewable energy and buyer options when it comes to purchasing their energy
  • Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching
  • Develop customer basis through new acquisitions and retain existing customers
  • Strategic presentation development
  • Work directly with management to develop effective sales strategies
  • Qualifications:
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Previous sales experience preferredBA/BS preferred
