Risk Strategies, a privately-held National Insurance Brokerage and Risk Management Firm with over 1,900 employees and 97 offices throughout the US, is seeking a collaborative and resilient Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines Team. The 401k Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to key client groups by providing strategic and consultative guidance on identified collaborative initiatives, assessment of potential risk profiles and conducting policy audits, proposals and renewals. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in servicing key accounts while prioritizing and managing workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate delivery of key objectives.

Your Impact as a 401(k) Account Manager/Retirement Plan Financial Specialist will include:

  • Managing workflows and communications for retirement plan Trustees and Participants
  • Developing analysis on retirement options and performance
  • Preparing client presentations and reporting
  • Attending client enrollment and ongoing support meetings
  • Serving as primary contact for assigned plan sponsors, advisors, and brokers for more complex or sensitive plans.
  • Acting as liaison between plan sponsors and various internal groups.
  • Promoting customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Ensuring prompt and effective response to all plan sponsor inquiries.
  • Responding to plan sponsor's requests on a variety of issues, including plan amendments. D
  • Understanding the product, systems, and applicable IRS and DOL regulations.
  • Assisting with compliance testing.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working with or servicing 401(k)s & Retirement plans
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong attention to detail
