The IMPRIMIS GROUP is hiring talented Customer Service Representatives. We are looking for matching the top talent with our fast-growing client in North Dallas, Coppell and Garland areas. $14/hr - no nights, no weekends, OT is allowed and offered. Ideal candidates are available immediately.
These opportunities are contract to hire and all applicants must be available to work various shifts (8-5 and 9-6). Spanish bilingual highly preferred. The Customer Service Representatives will work with a high volume E-Commerce auction platform and customer service center. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Duties and Skill Requirements:
Receiving and responding to a high volume of customer questions through phone and email, process refunds, coordinate shipping, and solve problems through judgment and analytical thinking.
Handles a high volume of inbound calls and emails
Periodically provides back-up coverage for other customer service specialists
Process refund requests, often involving entering manual finance lines
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. On occasion will have to exercise independent judgment.
Ideal candidates possess the following:
2+ years' experience in a high volume inbound/outbound call center (current or recently) with
Answer patient, facility, and customer calls professionally and pleasantly
Ability to monitor accounts for follow up and documentation purposes
Handle administrative duties with accurate files and patient accounts
Regular attendance and timeliness - must be reliable and dependable
Qualified candidates must be able to provide documents for E-Verify purposes, pass background and drug testing. High School diploma required.
