
We are hiring for a Customer Issue Resolution Associate in Mesquite, TX.

Hours: Must be able to work Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (including some Saturdays).
Location: Mesquite, TX
Type: Temp to Perm
Pay: $16.00/hour
Duties Include:
· Be a “first responder” on emails sent regarding possible shipping errors and damages.
· Perform cycle counts on equipment and utilize various data and system tools to verify if shipments were indeed over or short.
· Respond to sales admin with findings and instructions to satisfy customer need.
· Log data and findings in MS Excel.
· Interact with various departments throughout the process.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· High School or Equivalent
· Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
· 5+ years of forklift experience
· 5+ year Experience performing cycle counts
· Tech savvy including MS Excel and Outlook
· 5+ years of experience with RF Scanner
· Customer service with emphasis on satisfying customer needs
· 5+ years of experience with Inventory Control, Cycle Counting, Error Resolution, or Claims Management
· Able to communicate and work with people across multiple departments
· Drug screen and background check will be administered.
