SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Mortgage, Title Insurance, Banking, Financial, and Customer Service industries. Our client, in the Belleview/The Villages area, is seeking an Accounting Clerk for an immediate start.
The schedule is very flexible as our client is open 7 days a week.
Candidates must have excellent computer skills as well as experience including spreadsheets, copying, scanning, filing, and data entry. Previous Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience including preparing posts and reconciling statements for invoices, posting voided checks, post any final adjustments, and posting miscellaneous charges is preferred. Candidates should have 2 plus years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience.
Candidates should have more advanced MS Office skills including Excel and ideally Quickbooks proficiency. The chosen candidate will be required to have a full criminal background check run, in addition to a credit check.
