Responsibilities - As an Inside Sales Specialist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • identifying, qualifying and educating potential Contract Pharmacies to partner with 340B Technologies’ current and future client base
  • Maintaining & growing existing strategic relationships that create mutual value, deepening and broadening our corporate relationships
  • Developing & executing strategies to create new strategic relationships with key brands across the industry.

Please find detailed responsibilities as follows:

  • Managing the full sales life cycle encompassing identification, face-to-face presentations to key decision-makers, responding to requests for proposals and handling contract negotiations, and providing close pharmacy support.
  • Targeting potential leads and pursuits, plans and selects most appropriate sales strategies and approaches.
  • Driving efforts to expand and grow market share and presence in the Healthcare industry through establishment and cultivation of ongoing relationships with existing and prospective pharmacies.
  • Leveraging industry and financial business knowledge to create demand and persuade through the creation and presentation of compelling purchasing rationales.
  • Responsible for managing demand and quickly “qualifying” opportunities.
  • Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers. Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to pharmacy partners and potential partners

  • Track sales targets for inside sales team
  • Train other inside sales representatives
  • Establish new business through inside sales calls
  • Generate sales lead for outside sales representatives
  • Involve the inside sales dept
  • Lead high growth inside sales team
  • Answer inbound sales calls and make outbound sales calls
  • Manage a territory of small inside sales customers
  • Motivate the inside sales team to achieve set sales targets
  • Prepare monthly sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
  • Select and hire inside sales representatives
  • Perform traditional inside sales calls as dictated by the sales process
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
  • Observe calls with inside sales representatives to identify sales opportunities and provide sales representative coaching and mentoring
  • Prepare sales orders for customers
  • Ensuring all customer sales orders
  • Make inside sales calls daily to current and prospective customers to procure sales appointments
  • Lead and sales potential to outside sales force
  • Communicate account and sales information to both sales management and sales team
  • Receive feedback on inside sales team performance
