Job Description

• Dealing with customers out in field 
• Need to work well under pressure because they will have to deal with customer complaint and inquires 
• Need to be Self-motivation because the work can be mundane dealing with the same type of calls daily 

Job Requirements

SKILLS: 
• HM will like to see candidates with Technical support or desk top customer support experience minimum 2 
• Associates degree or higher in computer science , technical support etc. is preferred 
• Good customer services : Positive, High energy, friendly 
• Sometimes they will ship and receive hardware that may weigh up to 50 pounds. Mainly the boxes they will handle weigh 20 to 30 pounds. 

TRAINING: 
• On the Job training but need someone that is tech savvy 
• Help desk support for vendors
