Receive, acknowledge, schedule, date and process sales orders from dedicated customers/distributors through
ABAS ERP system, following through with activity from inception to completion.
Achieve and maintain effective rapport with customers and fulfill the company’s obligation to provide them with
accurate, timely and professional service.
Process, investigate and resolve routine customer inquiries and standard correspondence related to order terms,
changes, deliveries, problems, complaints and other related customer service matters.
Work with respective manager(s) and staff as appropriate to eliminate delays and address difficulties to ensure
accuracy and conformance to standard scheduling procedure.
Compile routine sales quotations using prevailing price lists and product selection tools.
Collaborate with colleagues companywide to exchange information, meet deadlines, and satisfy customer needs
consistent with company goals and objectives.
Comply with company mandated procedures and protocol for sales order entry, order dating, order processing and
order approval functions.
Perform other duties as required.
