Human Resources Administrative Coordinator – Global Manufacturing
Salary Up to $50,000 + Great Benefits in the Memphis, TN, area
Our client is a global manufacturer with their U.S. headquarters here in Memphis. They are looking for an Administrative Coordinator that will report to the Human Resource Manager. In this role, you’ll handle everything from onboarding, benefits, unemployment claims, scheduling meetings, booking travel (domestic and international), handling all correspondence, and all other administrative support.
As the qualified candidate, you will need organization skills, strong computer skills, excellent time management skills to handle all tasks in a timely matter, excellent customer service and communication skills, and, overall, strong administrative skills.
The facility is located in the Memphis area and we are looking for qualified local candidates.
Requirements for this Human Resources Administrative Coordinator’s position:
· At least 4 years of experience in an administrative or HR coordinator position
· Strong computer skills, example Microsoft Office, Windows OS and QuickBooks
· Bachelors degree preferred
