About the position:
HUMAN RESOURCES APPLICATIONS ANALYST II:Provides production support for the HRIS and one or more enterprise-wide HR SAS components, such as the talent management system, document management system and/or employee portal. Responsible for managing the ongoing Human Resources credentials verification and compliance process, ensuring all incumbents with applicable position-required credentials are active/compliant. May present to the JCC at compliance review. Content knowledge expert for Document Management System, acting as mentor for Records Specialist. Provides technical and analytical assistance in the areas of research, planning, forms design/configuration, system configuration and implementation. Works with the internal team and vendor(s) with supporting responsibility for case management and process enhancements. Assists in the role of administering system security. Assists in the creation of appropriate documentation and related testing compliance. Develops various ad hoc queries, and creates/runs standard and specialized reports as needed for use by the leadership team and other internal customers. May assist with related training development and delivery.
HR Reporting: experience with reporting/analytics tools including Tableau, Business Objects and/or Microsoft SQL Server Mgt. Studio as well as proficiency in utilizing the Structured Query Language (SQL).
HR Systems production support: Experience with supporting and configuring HCM products including SuccessFactors and Infor / Lawson
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Business or related field
EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years Professional HRIS/Information Systems or related field
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Excellent communication skills. MS Office, including proficiency with MS Access. Must understand database structure relationships.
