The Customer Service Representative is responsible for customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling customer complaints and questions in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.
 

  • Process incoming sales orders and follow up with managers, merchandisers, buyers and/or customers on pending issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, merchandising and other internal departments to facilitate new programs, messages, and offerings.
  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments of products offered.
  • Proactively manage customer complaints and provide solutions to problems, (i.e. incorrect items received, damaged shipment shipping costs, shelf life, etc.).

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Team player, outstanding customer service skills.
  • Computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate well using proper verbal and written skills.
  • Preferred 1 years experience working as customer service or client service representative.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and phone system.
  • Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
