High end real estate development company is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish weekend Receptionist for their sales office.

Basic duties:

Answer all incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate person and take messages

Schedule conference rooms for meetings

Handle all incoming mail/packages and schedule package pickups with FedEx and or UPS

Greet all incoming visitors

Enter and update client database 

All qualified candidates must have 2 plus years of office clerical experience within a corporate setting, be bilingual English/Spanish and be MS Office proficient.

All qualified candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license.
