JOB SUMMARY

Provides support to the sales team to resolve product or service requests; conducts customer training for products and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts University training for customers on products and services.

  • Creates user logins for new and existing customers.

  • Provides support to sales, customer service, compliance, TRV, inside sales, lending hand and score plus departments.

  • Prepares reports and other documentation for sales and other departments.

  • Data information input and management.

  • Performs other special projects assigned by the Director, Sales Support.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma; AA Degree preferred.

  • Two to four years’ experience in the field or related area.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of credit reporting industry and extensive knowledge of company’s products and services.

  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

  • Effective oral and written communication.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in company’s software systems and programs.

  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute; 50 WPM preferred.

  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
