Due to recent expansion of our staffing sites, FCS has a great opportunity for a Recruiting Assistant. The successful candidate will join our team of staffing professionals to continue our focus on meeting client needs on a national level. This position will support sales and client retention through excellent customer service by performing clerical support work across our different branches. Essential Duties:
- Answers phones, transfers calls, assists callers, retrieves branch voicemail messages and communicates to appropriate team member.
- Responds to email inquiries.
- Staffs reception desk by greeting visitors and applicants, notifying team of visitor/applicant arrival.
- Performs the applicant registration process to completion.
- Performs I-9 authorizations, E-verify, criminal background checks, verifies employment history, schedules pre-employment drug screens, skill testing, and other activities to support the recruitment process.
- Assists with the weekly payroll process.
- Assists with creating positions and matches; ensures information is correct including pay rate, bill rates, workers’ compensation codes, pay groups, invoice groups and invoice methods
- Assists with sending assignment confirmations.
- Assists with promoting job openings and filling job orders.
- Performs data entry, filing, scanning, and copying.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of administrative experience.
