NCW is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist clients. These are full-time positions offering career advancement, competitive compensation, and company paid benefits.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Uses client-specific tools such as Remedy to create a ticket for every interaction received
  • Provides excellent customer service to clients and users
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the assigned team
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Skilled in providing problem resolution related to off-the shelf and the client-specific application packages
  • Experience in troubleshooting internet browsers, smart phones, and tablets is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
