The Position - We are hiring for a benefits specialist. You will be working directly with the union/association members by handling their permeant benefits and following up by servicing the accounts. When a member requests to be seen our representatives will contact them as soon as possible to revise their benefits. We work with police officers, firefighters, and teachers so applicant must be able to pass a background check. This is not a call center position.
