Position Summary


A large, well-known agency in the Bay area is expanding their employee benefits department. They are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage their growing business. This is a great opportunity to work with a respected firm. Compensation and medical benefits are competitive and are open to negotiation, depending on experience.


Qualifications

  • Ability to service and educate groups who are looking to purchase group life and health insurance
  • Ability to maintain current clientele and potentially generate new business
  • 5+ years of employee benefits experience, preferably on the broker side
  • Life & Health License
  • Ability to handle small groups of up to 50 lives and large groups over 50 lives
