Inventory Control Manager

Multi-Billion Dollar industry leading manufacturing client is in search of a high potential Inventory Control Manager responsible for the overall control and movement of materials in and out of the plant including inventory control/ materials flow, shipping, and receiving. In addition you will be responsible for:

 Inventory Control Manager monitors Raw Material, WIP and Finished Goods for materials availability, financial tracking and in support of company goals

 Overseeing the Materials Handler group with respect to materials flow thought the plant

 Identifying and developing methods designed to minimize component shortages

 Monitoring the stocking programs and forecasts to ensure updates are made according to company guidelines – drive lean supply chain principals

 Maintain and issue inventory reporting, including inventory accuracy, cycle count metrics

Must have Job Requirements:

 BS/ BA Degree in Business or related field

 (6-10) years total experience in Materials/ Warehouse Management within Manufacturing/ Production – Manager that can drive KPI’s including inventory accuracy, cycle count accountability, and inventory days on hand

 MRP/ ERP materials systems knowledge

 (5) yrs. plus Leadership/ Direct report experience within warehouse management, receiving, dock management, internal material conveyance, or inventory control

 APICS Certification a Plus
