Seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our client's growing department!

Functional Responsibility:

  • FTE Onboarding paperwork and coordination: Offer letters, resumes, New hire forms, NHA coordination, seating and badge access, background check results and follow up review with HRBP, 30, 60, 90 day follow up
  • Consultant onboarding full life cycle: end to end purchasing, procurement, managers
  • Change Updates: Change forms, address updates, salary updates, location changes, internal transfers, transfer letters, promotion letters, oracle updates to reflect the same,
  • Manage separations: Term forms, exit interview survey emails, exit interview coordination, file manager exit checklists, oracle updates, severance forms, severance agreement review with HRBP, file executed severance agreements, separations email, update severance tracker
  • Ad Hoc Requests: PTO policy and balances, provide employment verification letters, payroll and benefit query re-direction (L1)
  • HRIS Reports: Headcount, contractors, term and new hire report
  • Immigration: Administrative processing (sign off by HRBP)
  • HR Mailbox: general inquiry responses
  • Global Background Checks: coordinate regionally for client audits and maintaining client requirements (Client, Client, Client)
  • Administrative Processing: Invoices, Requisition submission, SRFs
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as required

Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Post all approved IRC roles on iRecruitment
  • Post on LinkedIn and other sites
  • Save job description in shared drive
  • Screen resumes
  • Close all offered roles on iRecruitment
  • Manage internal applications and transfers
  • Update open positions report weekly

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recent and relevant HR experiences required
  • Prior HRIS administration or user experiences, Oracle knowledge desired
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access and Microsoft Office
  • Creative analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver insightful and meaningful observations

Minimum Education Required:

  • College degree (4 year)
  • Oracle experience is preferred
