Here’s the work you get to do:
The Recruiter partners with Hiring Managers to source and recruit a highly qualified PeopleReady temporary workforce in a designated branch to support customer needs. The Recruiter reviews job applications and conducts screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and is an experienced behavioral interviewer. The position works closely with the dedicated sales and operations team to understand current and future worker demands, assists in forecasting future temporary workforce needs, utilizes labor market and current industry trends in developing recruiting strategies (i.e. advertising, career fairs, networking, etc.), and assists Operations with worker applications, onboarding, and matching, when needed. Dedicated to deep customer satisfaction, the Recruiter conducts on site customer visits to establish requirements for temporary worker placements and to ensure worker quality assurance and safety guidelines are followed. The Recruiter may be a generalist or a specialized recruiter and reports directly to the Branch Manager.
