Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of Administrative / Office Support / Receptionist Experience in a professional office setting required.
  • 2+ years of Customer Relations Experience (Receptionist, Client Service Representative, Customer Service Representative, Etc.) is required.
  • 1+ years of Financial Services, Insurance, Banking Experience is preferred.

Our Client’s Financial Services, CPA & HealthCare Industries Cyber Security Technologies Firm located in the Bangor, ME area is growing rapidly and looking to add a key employee to the Team. They are seeking a senior professional Receptionist / Office Assistant who is ready to help their already thriving company continue to grow. They are looking for hard-working, success-oriented employees who possess great people skills, are team players and want an opportunity to advance their career. This position would direct-report to the Communication Systems Manager. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional manner and appearance throughout the work shift
  • Greet all clients in-person or by phone (18+ Line System) in a warm, professional, friendly, welcoming manner
  • Direct all incoming calls to the proper extension, company locale, etc.
  • Ensure client business flow and communication expectations are met and superior service levels provided
  • Develop effective working relationships with Team Members to ultimately provide effective, high-quality service for clients
  • Calendar Management for Senior Staff, including client appointments
  • Assist with event planning, communications, scheduling and guest accommodations as needed
  • Process applications and other various industry-specific administrative tasks
  • Generate various daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for Financial Advisor(s) / Office
  • Provide both pre/post Client Meeting Support
  • Provide thorough, high-quality research, problem-solving and issue resolution

 
Compensation:

  • $36,000 - $44,000 Annually (Based on Experience and/or Qualifications)
  • 9AM-5PM / Monday-Friday Schedule
