Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, punctual self-starter to add to our dedicated Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a manufacturing office environment and possess solid communication, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills; exhibit a good work ethic and be service oriented. The successful applicant will be able to professionally interact directly with consumers via phone and e-mail communications. We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset to problem solve at the earliest stage and has the flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed without sacrificing accuracy.

Responsibilities included but limited to:

-Answer incoming calls from consumers

-Assist consumers with questions and problems

-Validate defective issues vs. user error

-Apply warranty coverage as needed

-Process call tags

-Enter consumer interactions into a database(Synergy)

-Process e-commerce orders received via Shopify

-Respond to consumer e-mails received through websites

-Backup other departments

Job Requirements

-Basic understanding of Microsoft Office(Outlook, word, excel, etc)

-Typing speed >35wpm

-A friendly and upbeat attitude

-Strong spelling and grammar skills

-Fast learner

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Punctual and dependable
