You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the service needs of our affluent client base. Our ideal candidate has Private Client experience working with high net worth clientele and their unique insurance needs in a fast-paced corporate environment. We will count on you to:

  • Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carrier representatives, and underwriters; Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads as appropriate and in accordance with standard practices, policies, and procedures

  • Determine acceptability and placement of coverage and collect premium payments when applicable

  • Resolve billing issues and service requests while maintaining concern for timeliness and completeness of information

  • Monitor status of change requests, review policy documents for accuracy and follows up to delivery of change documents to clients

  • Oversee the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts

What you need to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus current and valid 2-20 Florida insurance license

  • At least 3 years of experience in middle market and high net worth personal lines industry, including thorough knowledge of personal lines products and the unique needs of high net worth clientele

  • Key relationships with luxury carriers, such as AIG, Chubb, PURE

  • Proven proficiency in in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and Word
