Looking for an administrator that will be working on an inventory database called snap tracker; the inventory is mainly office furniture parts.
Function as receptionist, greeting and screening visitors
Coordinate orders of uniforms as needed
Provide back up for Managers and be able to substitute in their absence and operate basic functions competently
Ensure completed paperwork is turned in, in a timely manner.
Ability to use and work with Microsoft programs for compiling data reports and logs as required.
Process inbound, outbound and inventory adjustments within the snaptracker database
Distribute documents as required and in a timely manner
Shipping and Receiving
Schedule all inbound shipments and notify warehouse of shipments for the purpose of coordinating labor
Process all paperwork associated with inbound shipments and notify companywide of receipt
Create and print labels for the purpose of identifying products in the warehouse
File all receiving documents in appropriate job folder arranged and filed by purchase order number
Maintain shipping/receiving log and provide backup information/documentation as required
Identify, locate and purchase items required for the operation of the manufacturing facility
Create and maintain internal purchase orders and purchase order log
Reconcile packing lists and file
Work directly with Operations Manager and accounts payable and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment on invoices

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education (GED); or a minimum of three years installing systems furniture and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: May require training and certification by the manufacturer.
