Business Coordinator

Responsible for the administration and/or coordination of multiple programs and projects. Compiles and develops status reports, coordinates schedules, manages meetings, agendas, minutes, correspondence, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Responsible for the layout of presentations, reports, and statistical tables. Coordinates project activities and business plans and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.

  • Requirements:

    Specific Duties:  Candidate will be responsible for managing two Quality Directors and their respective groups. In addition, may be required to backup Executive Admin to Senior Vice President

    Requirements

    Work schedule M-F / 8 am-5pm @ CTC

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3+ years related experience or an Associates with 5+ years exp. 
    • Must have a Professional presence and ability to interface with all levels of management.
    • Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills. 
    • Ability to multi-task. 
    • Strong working knowledge of Windows Operating System and applications - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
    • Knowledge of Chrysler systems a plus
