Sales position with no cap in commissions! This is a sales/business development position in an assigned region. In this role, you are responsible for sales metrics, territory development, cross selling, and more in the healthcare IT services market.
The primary responsibilities of the role are to help grow sales through presenting and closing:
Hit key metrics in business development activities, managed services and project services quotas, tech business planning, and client retention.
Recurring professional, managed and cloud service solutions which are part of the Healthcare services portfolio
Act in a consultative manner to our prospects and customers; and collaborative internally.
Salespersons may work closely with the local solutions sales team and their customers to cross-sell our specific and horizontal services.
Develop your territories through networking, social media, trade events, referrals, etc.
Apply an in-depth understanding of services, programs, and sales methodology to address complex and strategic client, project and procurement opportunities.
Work with Solution Architects, Strategic Account Managers, engineering project resources, sales and management resources to achieve and exceed quota.
Provide thorough and accurate insight into the financial results and forecast of sales of strategic and complex Client, project and procurement services.
Develop a thorough understanding of how our Healthcare Practice's solutions and services create value for customers.
Maintain consistent interaction & communication with team members and clients.
Work closely with Managers, Solutions Architects, and Client Account Managers to create and sell appropriate solutions to prospects.
3-5 minimum years of experience in software/services sales to Healthcare customers.
Drive to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Successful track record of sales and relationship management with notable accomplishments.
Experience influencing decisions and driving strategic processes with clients.
Ability to discuss business solutions with all levels of client leadership
Ability to overcome objections while emphasizing positive, future-oriented perspectives.
Technical aptitude, able to apply knowledge and experience to individual customer needs.
Experience in pivoting business direction, services, and needs from a prospect, client and company perspective.
Ability to coordinate multiple sales activities and ability to manage multiple client solutions.
