Position: Customer Service Rep
Type: 6 mos contract, 40 hours/week
Location: On Site Required - Topeka, KS
Pay: Competitive hourly rate

IMMEDIATELY HIRING for a Customer Service Representative focused on Data Entry. A 95% accuracy rate is critical.
- Excellent English communication both written and verbal.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- High level of computer proficiency with strong skills in using a PC to access web content. Must be familiar with various internet browsers.
- Proficient in with Microsoft Office products, such as Word.
- Must be able to enter data accurately and possess computer skills necessary to process applications, files, etc. in a business setting.
- Must be able to multi-task, e.g. listen, talk and type simultaneously when working with customers.
- Must be able to follow timelines and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent telephone etiquette for working directly with clients and customers to answer questions and update files.
- High school degree, GED or equivalent.
