Job Description

Position: Customer Service Rep
Type: 6 mos contract, 40 hours/week
Location: On Site Required - Topeka, KS
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Benefits: medical, vision, dental + other benefits

**Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US**

IMMEDIATELY HIRING for a Customer Service Representative focused on Data Entry. A 95% accuracy rate is critical.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent English communication both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • High level of computer proficiency with strong skills in using a PC to access web content. Must be familiar with various internet browsers.
  • Proficient in with Microsoft Office products, such as Word.
  • Must be able to enter data accurately and possess computer skills necessary to process applications, files, etc. in a business setting. 
  • Must be able to multi-task, e.g. listen, talk and type simultaneously when working with customers.
  • Must be able to follow timelines and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette for working directly with clients and customers to answer questions and update files.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • High school degree, GED or equivalent.
