Your core role will require you to:
Create a good team spirit and excellent motivation and ensure that appropriate levels of behavior in the office are demonstrated by team members at all times.
Ensure the delivery of clear and timely communication to your team on changes to product, sales strategies, systems, and procedures
Produce timely and accurate information regarding all aspects of the sales process and customer interaction
Once gained the relevant experience - plan and deliver full training, coaching, and development to newer team members.
Support and develop team members in their sales roles so that they maximize their contribution and potential.
