With an established reputation for strong customer service, our Client is looking to engage with an experienced customer care team manager to support and further develop their operation by leading and enhancing overall levels of customer service engagement.

A good platform for sales, customer service, customer care, or marketing experience is essential, across an inbound or outbound service/sales environment. It is important to also regard yourself as an engaging and creative leader who leads their team from the front.


Essentially you will consider yourself:

  1. A strong leader who can clearly communicate a vision, providing direction, and motivating team members to outperform against targets

  2. A decisive person who takes personal responsibility for decisions having considered both short and long term implications

  3. A team player, who works with others to accomplish objectives and deliver a positive result while developing and maintaining open, honest, and constructive relationships.

  4. A business-focused individual who ensures daily activities are organized to deliver the best value and promotes an environment where excellent customer service is a priority and improved quality of performance for customers is constantly sought.

  5. A competent and consistent performing person, being able to use this structure/ platform to ensure your team members have been able to achieve team targets

Your core role will require you to:

  1. Create a good team spirit and excellent motivation and ensure that appropriate levels of behavior in the office are demonstrated by team members at all times.

  2. Ensure the delivery of clear and timely communication to your team on changes to product, sales strategies, systems, and procedures

  3. Produce timely and accurate information regarding all aspects of the sales process and customer interaction

  4. Once gained the relevant experience - plan and deliver full training, coaching, and development to newer team members.

  5. Support and develop team members in their sales roles so that they maximize their contribution and potential.


**Must be local to the Atlanta, GA area.
