WHAT WE WANT

FriendFinder Networks is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing affiliate accounts, providing exceptional customer service to affiliates, ensure affiliate payments are completed in a timely manner, manage media campaigns, process invoice payments, execute contracts and implement strategic and tactical changes as directed by the Marketing Operations Manager. Your contributions will ensure FriendFinder Networks will continue to provide our customers the best possible user experience for everyone who visits our web sites 24 hours a day, every day of the year, all over the world.





WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide first level review and analysis of affiliate accounts
  • Provide customer service to affiliate account holders by researching and resolving inquiries
  • Provide assistance to the accounts, business development teams, and management on the development and execution of payment requests
  • Assist accounts, business development teams, and management with supporting information and analysis requests for business support
  • Provide support to account team and/or affiliates by responding to ad-hoc data requests, answering questions, and providing basic technical support and analysis.
  • Check all affiliate accounts for payments during pre- approval period on a weekly basis to confirm all data is correct. Complete all affiliate payments within 2 days during payment processing
  • Obtain proper signature to release payments to Affiliates
  • Review members and orders following the guidelines of the various programs
  • Report any suspicious accounts to Affiliate Operations for further review
  • Ban accounts where fraudulent activity is found by fraud team
  • Deactivate accounts as necessary when minimum affiliate requirements are not being met
  • Flag accounts that need to be converted to profitable payment plans
  • Collect tax forms from Affiliates/Vendors to comply with IRS requirements
  • Communicate with Affiliates via company email, phone, live chat, and ICQ  regarding payment issues
  • Process manual payment request(s) and payment reissue(s) as needed
  • Reporting – updating & verifying all costs from all vendors
  • Collect, reconcile and process payment for all vendor’s invoices
  • Analyze campaign performance against metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc)
  • Execute timely campaign setups and packet process
  • Ensure coordination and clear communications among the key stakeholders throughout the course of the campaign, including campaign setup, invoice payments and full campaign deliverables. 
  • Inform Media Buyer of any short delivered campaigns and request a refund.
  • Provide timely, consistent and accurate support and account management
  • Perform other duties as assigned and special projects as assigned


 


WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business / Accounting or equivalent experience
  • Experience with campaign reporting utilizing analytical and proprietary tools
  • HTML, SQL, TruEffect, Revive Knowledge/Experience
  • Some exposure to ecommerce  
  • Must be comfortable with adult content
  • Must be at least 21 years old


 


WHAT IS PREFERABLE TO HAVE

  • Basic understanding of affiliate based revenue
  • Strong analytical skills and be proficient with Excel and Word
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to monitor, identify, and analyze trends in performance metrics and data  

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE

  • Have a high degree of honesty and integrity
  • Be organized, deadline oriented; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
  • Team-player, positive attitude and flexible
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
